WPT Cordoba Open: difficult start for Pérez / Tison

Benjamin Tison and Javi Pérez bowed this evening in Cordoba for their first match together in an Open du World Padel Tour.

After playing very well together at the Albacete Challenger, Benjamin Tison and Javi Pérez lost in three sets tonight for their entry into the Cordoba Open.

Opposed to Borja Yribarren (110) and Jaime Fermosell (123), from the preprevias, the Franco-Spanish pair have not yet found their best version and they lose 4/6 7/6 3/6. The Spaniards, who dominated veterans Diaz and Tamame this morning, put on another big performance tonight.

After the defeat yesterday of Bastien Blanqué and Thomas Leygue, it is the end of the tricolor hopes among the men.

We will therefore have to wait for the entry into the running of the pairs Cañellas / Godallier and Castello / Collombon. The two Franco-Spanish pairs start Wednesday at the end of the afternoon.
