Danish WPT Padel Open: Stupa and Di Nenno in the final

Momo Gonzalez and Sanyo Gutiérrez now know the names of the players who will face them this Sunday in the WPT Danish final Padel Open. And these are none other than the Superpibes.

Franco Stupaczuk and Martin Di Nenno will indeed play a new final, following their victory 7/5 6/2 against Maxi Sanchez and Lucas Campagnolo. The underdogs were threatening in the first set, but failed to worry the favorites in the second.

The final will be, for the two teams, a rare opportunity to win a title in 2023, a year of total or almost total hegemony for Coello and Tapia. The two pairs will therefore want to take advantage of their absence, combined with that of Galan and Lebron, to win a title.

On the women's side, Alejandra Salazar and Gemma Triay also qualified for the final, after suffering a lot in two sets against Virginia Riera and Tamara Icardo. But once the second won in the tie-break, the seeded 2 made the hole to win 6/2 in the last set.

There too, they will have to take advantage of the absence of Sanchez / Josemaria, beaten by Gonzalez / Brea, to lift a new trophy. Verdict this Sunday from 10 a.m.
