Bea Gonzalez and Marta Ortega won the World Padel Tour Getafe Challenger final against Carla Mesa and Claudia Jensen.
The favorites did not disappoint this Sunday at the Pabellon Municipal Cubierto Juan de la Cierva. Opposed to the surprise pair of the tournament, Jensen/Mesa, the number 2 seed honored her rank. Jorge de Benito's players, who had benefited from Marrero/Sainz' package yesterday, failed to take advantage of this additional rest to eliminate a new seed this Sunday.
Indeed, as since the start of the tournament, Bea Gonzalez and Marta Ortega were very solid, and they logically won in two sets: 6/4 6/1. The 10th and 12th players in the standings win the first Challenger of 2022, and are full of confidence before the Alicante Open, whose previas started yesterday.
