WPT Mexico Open – First final for Tello/Navarro

After very complicated beginnings, Paquito Navarro and Juan Tello begin to find their bearings together. As proof, the new pair will play their first final this Sunday.

As in the quarter-finals against Di Nenno and Nieto, Martin Etchegaray's players suffered to dominate another recently formed duo. Indeed, Fede Chingotto and Javi Garrido were also aiming to play their first final together, and they fought hard on the central track of the Gimnasio Olímpico Juan de la Barrera.

Unfortunately for them, Tello and Navarro, like the day before, were very strong in the important moments.

We will therefore find Martin Etchegaray's men for the first time in the final. It should be noted that since the wave of changes that took place a few weeks ago, they are the ones who had started the worst, but are now the first to play a final on the WPT...

For those who couldn't see yesterday's match, here is the video summary:

Paquito and Juan will find Franco Stupaczuk and Pablo Lima tonight, who were very strong against Andalusians Momo Gonzalez and Alex Ruiz in the semi-finals.
