WPT Reus Open: it's over for Tison / Zapata

Martin Sanchez Piñeiro and Javi Martinez took their revenge against Benjamin Tison and Teo Zapata in previas of the World Padel Tour Reus Open.

In Reus, Benjamin Tison and Teo Zapata will not have managed to do as well as in Madrid during the qualifications for the Miami Open. Beaten 6/2 6/2 in the Spanish capital by the Franco-Spanish pair, Javi Martinez and Martin Sanchez Piñeiro put up quite a different resistance this morning in Catalonia.

In a very big match, the seeded 4 dismisses Benjamin and Tison on the score of 7/6 4/6 6/3. A victory that allows them to climb to the last round of the previas and to fight this afternoon for a place in the main draw. You will find all the clashes HERE.

After the eliminations of three tricolors present in previas, the defeat of Tison/Zapata put an end to the French hopes for the men in this Reus Open. We are now waiting for the entry of the girls, the pairs Castello / Collombon and Godallier / Navarro making their debut in the competition on Wednesday.
