WPT Reus Open: Sanyo/Tapia, what a demonstration!

Agustin Tapia and Sanyo Gutiérrez proclaim themselves champions of the World Padel Tour Reus Open following a real demonstration in the final.

The Argentinians get their revenge from the WPT Master Final 2021 where they were dominated in the final by Ale Galan and Juan Lebron.

Today, the numbers 1 could not do anything against the players of Pablo Crosetti who recited their padel and who have never really been worried. As proof, the Spaniards failed to get the slightest break point of the match! Totally crazy considering how dominating this pair can be when practicing their best padel.

Mariano Amat's players seemed a little off this Sunday in Catalonia, and they could only see the damage against a pair that will have made the perfect match to win 6/2 6/2. After having suffered yesterday against young Nieto and Yanguas, Sanyo and Tapia left no room for doubt in the final, and they won the second title in their joint history, after Malmö last season.

Lebron and Galan, who had won 3 of the first 5 tournaments of 2021, will have to react from Vigo if they want to be able to stay within their standards. In any case, the competition promises to be tighter than ever on the WPT this season, to the delight of fans!
