The Bullpadel that I had tried worked very well ... So I ordered a Hack Control. Since day 1, it has made a loud metallic vibrating noise with each strike on one side of the racket. And it seems to me that she vibrates more than the others Bullpadel that I had tried. All my partners and opponents tell me that my racquet is broken ... Total loss of confidence in the racquet.
So I asked my store to contact support Bullpadel... no response from the distributor for 2 months despite several reminders. It's a long 2 months without a racket ... luckily my store lent me a test racket.
Marketing Bullpadel seems more efficient than their after-sales service ... it is very disappointing.
