A look back at a historic WPT Murcia Open for the Padel French

The beautiful autumn of Padel  French continues. After the exceptional results of the two French teams (4th for boys and 5th for girls) at the world championships in Paraguay, Alix Collombon wrote a new page of this recent sport in France lfrom the WPT Murcia Open.

If the men's delegation present on the spot did not know the success with the eliminations in the first round of the Pre-Prévias of the  champion of France Johan Bergeron and Bastien Blanqué as well as that of Robin Haziza (associated with Eduard Altimires Ros) and those in the second round of these same Pré-Prévias of Loïc Le Panse (associated with Oscar Vasquez Fernandez), of Max Moreau (associated with Francisco Arnas Gualda) and Jérémy Scatena (associated with Marc Bernils Garcia), the Lyonnaise associated with Sara Pujals reached the quarter-finals of this Open  World Padel Tour.

A first in the young history of this sport. After two victories against the pairs Aguilar / Rovira 7/6 6/3 and Talavan / Ibanez 5/7 6/2 6/2, the 0/6 0/6 defeat against the Sanchez Alayeto twins is certainly severe but the main thing is elsewhere. And winter being only December 21, Alix Collombon continued his momentum (alongside Léa Godallier) this weekend by winning in Milan the Master of  HEAD Padel Open.
