La Belgium could see a new center emerge on the site of Contry Hall of Liège, a few steps from the Standard academy.
For the moment nothing official yet, but according to Belgian sources, the tennis player David Goffin could be associated with a Monegasque investor to completely renovate the premises and bring padel. The 30-year-old had previously mentioned, for Padel Magazine in 2020, his desire to invest in padel.
The center would therefore mix padel and tennis, and would count one fifteen courts between the two sports.
Belgium is experiencing a strong surge in padel, with a multiplication of courts, and a strong increase in members.
David Goffin lost in straight sets last night at theAustralian Open face Alexei Popytin. He will therefore be able to return to Belgium and why not move forward on this project!
