FFT Padel Tour Perpignan: semi-finals that promise to be very open

The very intense day of Saturday ends in Perpignan and there are only 4 pairs left for both men and women.

After the eliminations of the two highest ranked pairs earlier in the day, it was seeds 3 and 4 who were defeated tonight. Beaten by Ben Tison and Fred Pommier, the seeded 3, De Meyer / Vanbauce, will still be present in the semi-finals. Indeed, the young Bordelais were fished out, their opponents making WO for tomorrow.

Dorian and Thomas will therefore have an extra chance, against a pair that has shown itself particularly to his advantage today : Auradou/Vives.

The other semi-final will oppose two new associations, Benjamin Grué / Florian Valsot on one side, Ludovic Cancel / Dylan Guichard on the other. It will obviously be interesting to see former teammates Grué and Cancel face to face! Let's just hope for show that Ludovic and Dylan will have fully recovered from their big marathon against Trancart / Le Panse: 4/6 7/6 7/5.

Among the ladies, it's a revenge of the P2000 of Padel Horizon looming, with the clash between Invernon / Soubrie and Clergue / Ligi. Sovereign against Ginier/Pothier, will Laura and Fiona be able to repeat against the seeded 1 of the tournament?

In the other part of the table, we find quite logically Mélissa Martin and Amélie Detriviere, already present at this stage of the competition in Paris. The top seed will face a new duo, that of Wendy Barsotti and Marianne Vandaele.

You will find the program for this Sunday just below:
