The Italian Tennis Federation was very clear: The padel will be authorized from tomorrow and in duplicate. A big sigh of relief for all the clubs padel Italians who have been building like hot cakes for 2 years in Boulogne or Rome.
The FIT also congratulates the International Federation of Padel (FIP) for his intervention in this case which would have enabled the padel to play at 4 from Monday. President Luigi Carraro has also shared this information with the entire community of padel.
In Spain, the padel to 4 was absolutely not planned in the program before its last phase of de-containment, namely phase 4. For several days, we have seen several actors of the padel Spaniards revolt against the government's decisions not to allow the padel to 4. The Spanish Federation of padel, World Padel Tour and many clubs and brands have denounced this government position.
The Ministry of Health then published a new provision relaxing the existing restrictions. This relaxation should then allow the padel to be able to play tomorrow.
