The favorite pairs did the job at the P1000 which was organized this weekend at 4Padel from Bordeaux.
For the ladies, the final opposed the seeds 1 and 2, and in a meeting with a very particular face, it was the favorites Mélissa Martin and Amélie Detrivière who triumphed over Marie Lefevre and Mélanie Ros in three sets: 0/6 6/1 6/1!
Among the men, there were also the two favorite pairs in the final: the locals Dorian de Meyer and Thomas Vanbauce were opposed to another local, Matthieu Armagnac, who teamed up with the Perpignanais Ludovic Cancel. Victorious in two sets (7/5 6/3), Dorian and Thomas offer themselves a new P1000 this season !
Absent from the WPT in Toulouse due to injury, Dorian de Meyer gained momentum throughout the competition. Now restored, the young Bordeaux now hopes to be able to benefit from a wild-card for the Greenweez Paris Premier Padel Major with Thomas, his lifelong partner!
