Padel Crown: The PITON

Padel Magazine - If asked to summarize this racket in two words, we could describe it as surprising and paradoxical [highlight]. [/ Highlight]

1 / A very stable racket

The piton is a racket that can find a very large audience. But it is the savvy amateurs who will be able to profit from it the most.

First the grip is almost immediate. It is balanced, and allows to adapt quickly.

2 / "A look that throw in "

In terms of look, nothing to report. In black, we can say that it throws without being flashy.

The plateau is round. He is very player, and his handling is worth noting.

However, be careful not to decenter too much because unlike the Power Padel 2000, the Piton will not fail to call you to order.

On the control side, nothing to report, apart from the point raised below.

The power is there too. Moreover we can note that this racket combines perfectly handling and power. Short bottom shots can leave very quickly.

In conclusion, this racket is deserved.

It has a very important potential.

Its grip and maneuverability have nothing to envy to its competitors, but watch out for players who play more often with the edge of the board because the Piton will sting you.

The following two tests concerning the Black Crown are softer and less technical.

  • Hello,

I have been playing with the Piton for almost 10 months now and I admit that I am delighted. A good control when it is necessary but for the smashes (well done), she leaves the ball without problem ... especially the last ones HEAD WPT;) Anyway..I recommend it even for beginners or experienced players. On the other hand, personally and if you can, I really recommend to be able to test the rackets before buying them because everyone has their game! In Spain in clubs it is a common practice ...

    • Yes agree with you but it was made me test and frankly it is really good. It is true that we should not too much dezonner but good at the same time I do not know very well played ... The articles are well done, it would be nice if there are other tests.

    • Hello, Thank you for your expertise. More generally, these are two good brands. The differences will be at the level of the grip. And as you say, it is better to test the rackets because what is valid for one, is certainly not worth for the other.

  • @ nonose the rackets are almost the same. They just changed the design ... So don't panic;) I'm from Spain, and the padel in France is still really to be developed. In Paris, it's a disaster, I don't know what to do !! If there are others in my case that it manifests itself!

    • Hello Pablo, There are a number of players who like you padel in Paris. For the moment, we have to be content with what exists, namely 3 tennis clubs which each offer a padel. There is a club in Auvers sur Oise, another in Plessy Bouchard and perhaps the closest to you is the Pyramides club located in Port Marly. I also invite you to join the facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/PadelParisIleDeFrance
You will have a lot of information on the news of padel in the region and these projects. Good night.

  • Hello, your snowshoes date a little. They are from last year. It would have been nice to do tests on snowshoes this year ... But otherwise very nice site. Good night

    • You are right. The racquets tested relate to those from last year. However, as you have noticed the differences hardly exist, or even not, except for the decoration ...;) Good evening

    • Laurent's position allows you to answer part of your comment. Indeed, it is better to try to test the racket in a club because the racket may not be suitable for you. The tests on this page give a general idea of the snowshoeing program. But do not rely on 100% tests.

  • Hola! I come from Malaga and I wanted to play paddle at the tour de dreux. I have known about racketeering. She's fine. But how is the new Piton? saludo

    • Hola! The new piton is the piton. The colors have changed but not his program that remains the same. So you can trust this year's racket without any problem.
