Premier Padel Brussels P2 – Mike Yanguas and Javi Garrido once again take the advantage over Stupa / Di Nenno

Martin Di Nenno et Franco Stupaczuk are definitely unable to find their way back to the final this season, with still no title won... The superpibes, who had given us an incredible end to 2023, with the race for number 1, fell in the quarter-finals against mike yanguas et Javi Garrido.

Once again, Mike Yanguas and Javi Garrido took the upper hand in this meeting against the 4 seed of the tournament. However, the match did not start very well for the Garrido/Yanguas pair, quickly led 5/0 on the scoreboard. In the end, the 5th seed managed to score a game in this first set, leaving the possibility for Martin Di Nenno and Franco Stupaczuk to take the reins in this quarter-final.

This was without counting on the return of Mike Yanguas and Javi Garrido. The two men pulled themselves together in the second round, offering no no break point to the Di Nenno/Stupaczuk duo… and converting their only opportunity. This made 6/3 on the clock and a match completely restarted in Brussels.

In this third round, the game was very balanced between the two teams. However, if Franco and Martin managed to convert 100% break opportunities (1 on 1), Javi Garrido and Mike Yanguas managed to convert two.

This victory in three sets, 1/6 6/3 6/4, by Mike Yanguas and Javi Garrido therefore propels them into the last four in Belgium. They are now waiting for the winners of the unexpected meeting between Arturo Coello / Agustin Tapia et Miguel Lamperti / Juan Cruz Belluati.
