After two weeks of break, the players of the World Padel Tour will arrive in full form in Albacete. And we risk being entitled to a great show since several new associations will be present. We are of course thinking of the seeded 1 Capra/Sanchez, but also of the “Javis” (Rico and Ruiz), in Botello/Leal, Alonso/Alba, Moya/Sans, Perino/Patiniotis…
On the tricolor side, we will have Benjamin Tison and Teo Zapata in the main draw. The Franco-Spanish pair will be opposed on Wednesday in the first round to Iñigo Zaratiegui (52) and Lucas Bergamini (49)t.
Two other French will be present in Albacete: Thomas Leygue and Bastien Blanqué. Each of the two will start in the first round of preprevias with their respective teammate. The Leygue/Sager Nagel duo will face Fernández (157)/Marti Vaño (123) at 16:00 p.m., while Blanqué and Melero will face García Gallego (224)/ Martinez Sanchis (356) at 19:00 p.m.
Among the ladies, as always, we will have Léa Godallier and Alix Collombon. Respectively with Teresa Navarro and Jessica Castello, the French champions will start on Wednesday evening against pairs from the preprevias.
