A map of France, Italy, Spain and Belgium showing the number of clubs by region reveals interesting phenomena about the evolution of culture padel in Western Europe.
This map made by Padelonomics shows us that in France, the south still predominates, but the number of clubs is increasing in all regions. Occitania and New Aquitaine are the most “padel” in France, with 91 and 83 clubs respectively.
The first region in Europe remains Catalonia, but what is striking is that the second region is no longer Spanish! Indeed, Italian Lazio is ahead of Andalusia with 420 clubs!
In fourth place, Flanders proves that the phenomenon padel in Belgium is very important. 227 clubs in Flanders, and 81 in Wallonia.
