In my opinion, the hardest part is taking snowshoes and using your wrist that put a lot of strain on your body.

Arnaud Saurois, Associate lecturer in Sports Management and Coordinator of the French Sport Observatory does not always agree:
Not at all agree with this statement about training: “one of the pitfalls of padel lies in its ease of access which suggests the pointlessness of lessons. This is a mistake, because the padel is riddled with hidden traps ”
This is precisely part of the success of the padel facing tennis: The difficulties in learning tennis are not the same as padel.
In tennis it takes months and even years to have fun. The beginnings are often complicated. And unless you've learned relatively early, learning is even more complicated as an adult. It's not Laura Manin who will say the opposite!
The tennis player and padel in leisure in the south of France, gives us his opinion:
Tennis I hang on. It's a fun sport, but I am not sure in advance that I will play a good part, because the level is very fluctuating for me. While at padel, even though I've only been playing for a year, I mostly have good games with friends.
However, she adds a very interesting reflection:
Maybe I made the mistake of sticking to the simple side of the sport. I think I am stagnating today in my very small level. And above all, my grip is perhaps not the most effective in order to last over time and take advantage of my friends on the ground.
I fully intend to go for an internship in my club or a few lessons before it's too late.
