Miguel Oliveira and Cayetano Rocafort are the great champions ofAPT Padel Tour Belgium Open 2021. The Hispano-Portuguese pair benefit from the package of Tison / Maigret to win the first APT in Europe.
The champions' course will have been perfect. A first victory in the eighth against the French Toniutti and Mitjana (6/0 6/1), followed by a great victory against the Belgians Jerome Peeters and Guillaume Crasson.
In the semi-finals, the Portuguese and the Spaniard raised their level of play a little further to beat the Dutch Maarsen and Meijer.
The crescendo level of this pair foreshadowed a spectacular final against Benjamin Tison and Adrien MaigretMore a right calf injury the latter will unfortunately have canceled the show.
Oliveira / Rocafort therefore win the tournament by losing only 10 games. This feat will be difficult to reproduce.
During the exhibition match substituting for the final, the champions won again against the Belgian champions Gala and Braet. (6/4 6/1)
