It's the turn of the Alayeto twins to retire!

After Pablo Lima, Juan Martin Diaz, Juani Mieres, here are two other legends of the padel worldwide decide to retire: Mapi and Majo Alayeto.

In an interview for Instinct Padel last season, the twins confided that they could not imagine pursuing one without the other, and that the day when one of them decided to retire, the other would do the same.

And that day, as they announced on Instagram, has arrived...

After 14 years of playing tournaments in padel the most prestigious in the world, the players now coached by Seba Nerone have decided to hang up. Indeed, those who have won 32 titles together on the World Padel Tour (a record) will retire at the end of the season.

The two 39-year-old players, although still members of the WPT Top 12, felt it was time to call it quits. They will continue to give their all on the slopes until the end of the year, with we imagine at least the Master Final in their sights, then devote themselves to other professional projects, but perhaps always in THE padel as they have already stated several times...

Stay tuned, we should know more soon!
