Comedian, actor and producer Jamel Debbouze would show his disappointment this week. The city of Paris chose the Urban Soccer sports project for the island of Puteaux, to the detriment of the competing project combining sport, culture, art and education, supported in particular by Petit Smash, a tennis club present on nine sites.

More precisely, Urban Soccer obtains a Public Service Delegation and plans to set up a project combining 5-a-side football and padel. This choice was validated by the Paris Council last Tuesday.
