The International Federation of Padel announces the organizations of European Championships Padel from June 28 to July 4, 2021. 

This will be the 12th edition of theEuropean Padel Championship organized by the FIP.

The date surprises a little: Most often the European Championships of padel arrive at the end of the year. The reasons are simple: You have to wait until the end of the season to know the best players who will represent their country.

In France for example, the French Championships of padel take place in September in general and thus come to conclude a year of tournaments.

In 2021, the French Championship will take place on 24, 25, and 26 September 2021. 24 female pairs and 24 male pairs will participate in the French Championship.

These French championships also make it possible to gain a place directly in the France team for the winners and finalists. Even if this rule has not been integrated directly into the 2021 guide.

The selectors will certainly have to make a choice on the level of the players in 2019 and 2020 if these European Championships of padel are not postponed due to the health crisis.

The other element: The host city of these 12th European Championships of padel has not been named. Either the FIP has not yet definitively validated the location of these championships, or it is waiting to see how the health crisis evolves depending on the country.
