British company Shipyard Supply Co., which produces a wide range of high-quality deck equipment, has created a new padel court specifically designed for superyachts. The innovative concept was developed at the request of a sailor who owns a luxury boat currently under construction, but can also be customised by other yachtsmen.

Padel is taking on more and more water! The proof is that this is not the first time that padel fans want a track on or squarely in their boat...

Adapt to conditions

Unlike traditional courts, SSCo's self-supporting structure. does not need to be equipped with sockets and poles on the deck. As such, the short is suitable for vessels that cannot accommodate additional equipment. Additionally, the modular design can accommodate many different yacht layouts and can be installed on the bow or helipad.

An ergonomic structure

The court features a sleek carbon frame and a mix of plexiglass and mesh panels. The structure is therefore strong and durable, but also light. It's easy to assemble and store, according to SSCo. Thanks to the flat panels, storing the land is child's play.

"Our padel court features custom-designed elements to meet the unique challenges of maritime environments“, adds Richard Clements, technical director of the SSCo. “From specialist materials to innovative technical solutions, every aspect of the pitch has been carefully designed to ensure optimum functionality and durability."

If you already have a yacht under your belt, know that the Padel Court will cost around $254 (£000 / €200), but this figure will vary depending on the scale of construction.
