The main missions of FIP

The primary mission of the FIP is of course the development of padel to the greatest number, and throughout the world. FIP advocates strong values ​​such as integrity, discipline and hard work. They bring together all these values ​​to transmit them to its affiliated federations to allow a good development of the padel.

Indeed, the goal is always to develop the padel, the FIP implements actions which are always characterized by the idea that it is in the best interest of the affiliated federations, and all this thanks to discipline. 

Then, the FIP puts forward notions of responsibility, sustainability and the environment. She wants the padel is developing, but it is not just a fad, so the players must take their responsibilities so that this sport is sustainable over time, and that it continues to grow. Nowadays, the environment comes more and more into account in the future prospects, even in sport. The padel must also respect the environment, and this is one of the prerogatives of the FIP.
