The ace at padel, forget it now. Already in tennis, it is not obvious… So at padel...

The ace is when the returner fails to touch the service of his opponent. The service is a commitment to start a point.

There are 3 types of ace:

1 - The crossed ace, unless a false rebound or an inattention of the turner, this type of ace exists hardly any.

2 - The ace that takes the middle line is rare, but it can happen. Either thanks to a counter-foot, the turner has stuck too much and anticipated the cross serve, or then thanks to a fast serve, well cut, with possibly an external effect which eludes the turner ...

3 - The damped ace, Au padel, it's rare. But it is certainly the most enjoyable blow for the waiter… And sometimes surprising…
