Le padel is the subject of real passion in Italy. We notice on the other side of the Alps that more and more people are practicing the activity, but also that fans of padel professionals are ever more numerous.

We have new proof of this with this Milano P1 which welcomed more than 30 spectators according to Martina Riva, the Councilor for Sports, Tourism and Politics at Milan City Hall.

On the internet, images of “stitches” of the best players in the world went on repeat, with a total increase of 87% in impressions of posts relating to the tournament on social networks.

This bodes very well for next year, as Luigi Carraro, President of the FIP, explains: “The Milan tournament, the last event of the season, confirms the great passion of the Italian public for padel and opens a window into the future of the circuit in 2024, with a full calendar including around 24 world-leading tournaments. The latter, which arouses great anticipation, will be officially announced in the coming days. The positive figures from this tournament confirm the growth in interest and passion of the public and players around the world.”
