Our colleague, Romain Taupin from Padelonomics realizes as often a very interesting paper on the number of licensees padel in France.

After a study carried out on more than 40 clubs of padel, Romain Taupin believes that there is between “167 and 000 potential licensees “padel" in France“. Not easy to know.

Especially since according to the French Tennis Federation and the brands, there are certainly 80.000 practitioners of padel at best in France.

The other element to take into account: less than 80.000 licensees padel in 2019 in Spain for potentially 2,5 million practitioners.

If today, the symbolic bar of 10.000 licensees will be exceeded, we are still far from the count if we believe the figures put forward by Romain Taupin.
