Sébastien Corbelli, director of Padel Club de Vence, will offer at the start of the next school year (September 2023) a new academy: a sport-study padel.

An arrangement of schedules will be put in place in order to practice padel within a renowned college and high school: Don Bosco (Nice) where education plays a key role, something to reassure the parents of future registrants.

The first study sport in the PACA region

This is a new milestone for the padel Vence club since it will be the very first and only study sport in the PACA region. The main goal will be the training of players of padel of a very high standard for the years to come.

A very professional organization

Sports training will take place on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 14 p.m. to 16 p.m. The children will be collected from the college / high school at 13 p.m. to be taken to Vence, and will of course be taken back to the high school at the end of their training.

The basic formula will be two workouts per week, but can evolve to three or four workouts per week.

In particular, a system will be put in place so that students who so wish can benefit from boarding school (additional cost).

Coaches Sébastien Corbelli and Jean-Michel Pequery will be in charge of the padel. Sebastian will have an approach padel / physical, while Jean-Michel will focus more on the aspect padel / mental.

Places will be limited to eight players for the first year so that the education provided is of high quality and that the students can work in professional conditions.

An academy for excellence

The selection criteria promise to be particularly strict since they will be asked to provide a good school report, but the student will also have to show great determination to want to play padel at the professional level.

The prices will be adapted according to the needs of each player. However, the sport study will be 350 € per month. Additional training, support, coaching and tournaments will be determined.
