Tennis champion Alizé Cornet hit it big on the padel courts at the National Padel Cup alongside his partner Michael Kuzaj. To the point of revealing to us in a humorous tone, but with a touch of seriousness, that one day “Being part of the French padel team could be on the agenda"to immediately pursue that it was"for the moment absolutely not in the objectives".

Today, the French obviously remains very focused on tennis despite her very good sensations and performances at the Center International du Cap d'Agde.

Being here, to participate in a padel event, in these conditions, is necessarily incredible.

Sometimes in tennis, you don't have so many people around a court. There have been a lot of positive vibes during this period and I want to thank all this audience of tennis and padel enthusiasts.

After one performance like this one at the NPC against players of the caliber of the Ferrandez / Clergue pair, it motivates. I understand: when we hear, “Alizé in the French padel team”, I smile because well, it's still a long way off and then I'm really into tennis.

I have very good feelings. And one day maybe, certainly after my tennis career, I could be tempted to do more and why not take the plunge for a place in the French padel team.
