During this 2019 season many pairs have split up to try to find better associations and better results.

Every change is well thought out and planned well before it is communicated. Mostly new players like to meet well before to train before and try to work as much as possible tactically together. Sometimes it works pretty well, but sometimes it can be a real ordeal.

A pair like Cristian Gutierrez and Lucho Capra freshly assembled can be attractive on paper but deepening a little bit we quickly realize that it was done for lack of choice.

Lucho Capra who played with Miguel Lamperti did not have the expected results despite his enormous talent. Lamperti suddenly left with his friend Juani Mieres.

Cristian Gutierrez, who played on the right with Ramiro Moyano, was not much more successful. At the same time after having been around Stupa the task was complicated for Moyano.

The new association pushed Gutierrez to play on the left and Capra (obviously because he is left-handed on the right).

At the present time this team has not shown anything extraordinary (defeat in the quarterfinals of the World Padel Tour de Valencia against Tapia / Gadea in straight sets).

As a reminder, Gutierrez and Capra are both players of the brand Siux. We can think that the mark may have helped this association. Let's hope for these two players that their association will revive them.
