The second women's semi-final this Saturday promised to be the most explosive for this Human Padel open, second edition.

Indeed the poster of the day was more than attractive because on one side we had Gemma Triay / Marta Ortega and on the other Beatriz Gonzalez / Delfina Brea. The latter, very fit since the start of the competition, delighted the public who came in droves to see the best padel World.

The “superpibas” in action

From the start of the match it was the Hispano-Argentinian pair who took out their fangs first, showing themselves to be solid and aggressive. The Andalusian Bea and her partner Delfi delighted the public at the André-Brouat Sports Palace with an incredible level of play. Gemma and Martita, who had not said their last word, still tried to raise the bar but their efforts were not enough in front of the regularity of Brea and Gonzalez. The latter won 6/3 in the first round.

Unstoppable

The second set started in the best possible way for the “superpibas” who, very quickly, got the break. Bea and Delfi take off in the first three games, thus making their rivals doubt (3/0). Full of confidence, the two young players continued to impose their rhythm, leaving little chance to Gemma and Marta. As for example on a vibora cutting edge made by Delfi Brea to get the 5/0. The steamroller was on its way and didn't seem to stop there. Undaunted, the two players crushed their rivals of the day and inflicted a real correction on them during this second round.

Final score: 6/3 – 6/0.

Las “superpibas” will therefore play their third final together against world numbers 1, Ariana Sanchez and Paula Josemaria.
