At the heart of the excitement of FFT Padel Tour in Nantes, Pierre Lambart and Roshan Rochereau, captivated attention at UrbanPadel. This competition marked their first participation in a tournament of this caliber, the Greenweez FFT Padel Tour, a major step in their sporting career. Pierre Lambart, newly registered with the Breizh clubPadel de Rennes and Breizh coach, Roshan Rochereau, joined forces for an impressive run in the group stages.

The first clash: GRAVEJA/COULOMBEAU

From their first qualifying match, the duo had to face the formidable pair Graveja/Coulombeau. Lambart and Rochereau demonstrated remarkable synergy, ultimately winning with a score of 6/7, 6/4 and 10/6. This victory, as close as it was strategic, highlighted their ability to remain aggressive in crucial moments, while developing a cohesion of play which intensified throughout the exchanges.

The second confrontation: DUPRAT/LE DRAP
Their second match, played only 45 minutes after the first triumph, pitted them against Duprat/Le Drap. Despite fatigue, cramps, shoulder contractures and a trip to the physiotherapist, especially for Pierre, the duo was able to persevere. They won the match 6/3, 6/7 and 12/10, despite a risky strategy aimed at shortening the rallies, a tactic which paid off.

The group final: SISTERNES/PROD’HOMME
The third and final match pitted them against Sisternes/Prod’homme, an equally determined pair supported by a crowd of local supporters. Lambart and Rochereau lost the first set 6/3 but came back to win in the super tie-break 11/9. Their endurance, their fighting spirit and their ability to keep pace in prolonged exchanges were decisive in this victory.
