  • Senior Lead Creative / Designer

Desired profile: skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years of experience as a digital designer
  • Demonstrate commitment and determination to help the brand grow and stand out on all digital platforms
  • Proficiency in editing software, graphic design software and hardware
  • Expertise and in-depth know-how of the sports and racquet industry (in particular concerning the padel)
  • To be passionate about padel and play it regularly
  • Creative and imaginative with a keen eye for detail
  • Conceptual thinker and developer of progressive ideas
  • Ability to integrate a high degree of interactivity into creative concepts
  • Ability to direct artistic views
  • Fluency in speaking
  • Ability to work with developers to produce and test end product functionality
  • Proficiency in industry standard graphics and multimedia software packages
  • Team spirit
  • Organized, motivated and able to work effectively under tight deadlines

Main missions

  • Work on a multitude of diverse projects (film, sound, graphics, digital media, 2D and 3D) to produce innovative and high quality work
  • Develop and present excellent creative solutions for key business and brand proposals, tasks and challenges
  • Cutting edge and engaging content creation
  • Improve usability, functionality and aesthetics across all digital media
  • Be able to develop visual concepts from an initial brief, develop routes and execute creative thinking
  • Help extended creative and marketing teams understand and create cutting-edge, engaging content

Additional

  • International travel will be required
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and/or German (spoken and written) will be a plus
