The training organization Padel Connection continues to train teachers padel of tomorrow

It is one of the oldest training organizations in France, with nearly 200 professional teachers trained and certified since 2015. Among them, many former tennis players who are now dedicated full time or almost to the teaching of padel: Olivier Ramon, Mathieu Squarta, Bastien Bott, Marina Ponzio to name a few.

Last month, Jérôme Sciarrino and Anthony Wargnier from TC Toulonnais were able to benefit from the experience of Jérôme Schaeffer, the training director eager to share his passion for the padel. “3 incredible days of learning and interactive training filled with exchanges and open-mindedness! " according to Anthony the last intern.

The next training session will take place during the holidays of All Saints at the Pyrite sports complex in Ardèche with several teachers from Drôme as well.

This success can also be explained by the diversity of the options offered: intensive sessions over 3 days, but also continuous training over several weeks:

“The formulas over 3 days or a week allow you to acquire the basics and leave with a range of tools and concrete exercises allowing you to be comfortable in the field. The ideal is to have continuity by coming back to the clubs for one or two days a year in order to exchange points of view and see what can be improved: this is the “infinite improvement” side. that I love so much in this profession! ", explains Jérôme Schaeffer.

Trainings can take place at All-in-Padel Sports near Aix-en-Provence or at home in your club directly, whether in France or abroad.

The icing on the cake: training can be supported entirely by collecting bodies such as AFDAS, FIFPL etc ...
