This first day for the gentlemen ends with the final victory of Toulouse Padel Club facing PadelShot Caen, 2/1. The 5th seed ensures its continuation in national 1 and will play against Sète Padel Club in quarter.

A confrontation which ended at 21 p.m., while all the other teams were already resting. It must be said that we had particularly long matches on track 4 of the club Padel Horizon, including a very big match from Vincent / Perrin who created a surprise in this opposition by beating Trancart / Dumartin in 3 sets.

A little earlier, it was logically the pair Theard / Pech who managed to win their trap match against Forcin / Boissé in 2 sets.

The expected decisive match will take place with the well-known French pair of the FIP Tour: Guichard / Blanqué. And we can say it, she was particularly pushed around by Bayard / Garcia, to the point where the players of PadelShot Caen managed to come back to one set all and obtain 2 match points in the tie-break of the last set. A little earlier, it was the Caen club which saved 3 match points. It's unbreathable on the track.

But Blanqué / Guichard managed to get through the drops. Despite the defeat, Damien Bayard and Jérémy Garcia put in an exceptional match even if the night promises to be complicated for both players.

  • Theard / Pech beats Forcin / Woody: 6/4 6/3
  • Vincent / Perrin beats Trancart / Dumartin: 4/6 6/4 6/4
  • Guichard / Blanqué beats Bayard / Garcia: 6/2 6/7 7/6
