There is not only the XV of the Rose who tried his hand at padel tennis. Just before their quarter-final, some players from the French team went to hit the ball at the La Châtaigneraie club in Rueil-Malmaison in the Hauts-de-Seine in the Île-de-France region.

The padel courts have just opened in this historic club that notable personalities have already come to tread the carpet of the pitches. Several members of the French team took advantage of a little free time to hit the ball. If some consider this “dangerous” sport blue were not afraid of getting hurt before their meeting against South Africa.

This little session did not bring luck to the players of the French XV, eliminated by the reigning world champions. But this proves once again that rugby players have a real attraction for our sport, like Vincent Clerc at All Star Padel Game during Human Padel Open or even William Servat.
