The first set is disputed but once again, it is the indisputable queens of the circuit who have found the solution. Despite good resistance, the Spanish-Argentinian pair finally let the first set slip away with a score of 6 to 4.

The week-long break appears to have been beneficial for Claudio Gilardoni's players as they show newfound inspiration from their performance in Valladolid.  Josemaria and Sanchez   were clearly never put in danger on their serve during this second set.  More precise and more applied, the he queens of the circuit gradually took over and broke away to finally win in 1 hour and 20 minutes, with a score of 6/4 6/1.

10th final this season

In Valencia,  Paula Josemaria and Ariana Sanchez  confirm their dominance by qualifying for their  10th final out of the 14 tournaments played this season . In 2023, Claudio Gilardoni's proteges are simply irresistible.  As they celebrate their 50th tournament together, they are determined to clinch a 22nd title.
