France is internationally famous

July attacked with a first. A French male pair in the main table of a Word Padel Tour.

Robin Haziza and Adrien Maigret were drafted as Lucky Loser for the first round of the WPT Sweden Open.

A summer marked by spectacular duels Bergeron / Blanqué vs Scatena / Moreau on the French circuit. The French team wrote the first chapter of its great year by winning the first edition of the Padel Nations Cup.

Alix Collombon duet with Jessica Ginier, on the French women's circuit, collected the victories before offering herself a new 8e finals on a WPT.

In September, Maigret / Tison regain their dominance on the French circuit and Robin Haziza and Alix Collombon are the big winners of the French Open played on Capitol Square in Toulouse.

A few days later, the favorites Collombon / Ginier and Bergeron / Blanqué (at the end of a long-awaited final) are crowned champions of France 2018.

An exceptional World

Shortly after, we learn the lists of the selected for the world of Ascuncion in Paraguay by the voices of the breeders Patrick Fouquet and Alexis Salles.

Just before these worlds, Alix Collombon remakes us the knockout of the round of 8 of a WPT and Casa Padel organizes the first Paris Challenger WPT.

On the French circuit, the hope Fiona Ligi has an incredible week in the south of France for the National Padel Cup

It's historic, thousands of kilometers from France, the French women's team finished in 5th place and the men 4th in the team worlds. Adrien Maigret and Benjamin Tison qualify for the quarter-finals by pair but will ignore it to devote themselves to the team competition. A few days later, visibly not satisfied, Alix Collombon reached the quarter-finals of the WPT in Murcia and joined the World Top 1. HISTORICAL!!!

2018 ends with Adrien Maigret and Benjamin Tison finishing their dominance on the French circuit and Bergeron / Blanqué who win the last French P1000 just after announcing their separation on the WPT circuit.

Without necessarily counting the Masters of Head Padel Open and the My Padel Tour which delivered an incredible season. These two competitions are evolving strongly next year. But that will be another chapter.
