The evolution of the club since its beginnings

“I arrived in 2016. We had 2 outdoor courts and 2 indoor courts. In 2018, we decided to remove 2 football pitches to add the 3 more indoor pitches, in order to have 5 pitches.

Then, we really turned a corner after the Covid: we felt a craze for the padel in a global way, both on the tournament part and the reservations. There were also more and more leisure customers who came to discover the structure, play and enjoy the padel. "

An important announcement for Strasbourg in a few days

“Indeed, there is something important that is being prepared in Strasbourg, to respond to the real enthusiasm for the padel that we see in Strasbourg, as everywhere in France”. Alexis Clément cannot say more for the time being, but we will know more very soon. But he can say that “this is very good news for the padel Alsatian and French.”

Teasing on the next events of the center

“The next big event that will happen is the P2000 which we will be hosting from November 24 to 26. Then there will soon be a P1000 too, so early 2024.

Afterwards, there are always 7-8 tournaments per month on a regular basis.”

The increase in the number of players and practitioners

“There is real progress. I see it on the booking part where at the time, you could just book the same day, or two days before to have a pitch available.

Now, you really have to do it three weeks in advance, so there is really a real craze. In terms of traffic, I think we are at least 80-100 people per day on the padel, sometimes more.

Le padel grows in our region, where there is a real need, because unfortunately, there are not that many tracks. There are more and more clubs with outdoor or semi-covered pitches. This is great for “creating” players.

And in terms of private structures, there are some 4Padel in Alsace. AT Strasbourg, we also have another cprivate lub with three indoor courts. "
