Alix Collombon, 24th player in WPT ranking, will be associated with the very young Spaniard Alejandra Alonso de Villa.

This name certainly does not tell you much. And yet...

Alejandra Alonso de Villa is from Valladolid. This is one of the hopes of padel Spanish.

Aged only 16, she now occupies 52nd place in the ranking of the World Padel Tour.

She had been playing until then with Melania Merino Saéz (40th). To his credit in 2023, two 8th in the South American tour.

For Alix Collombon, after Carla Mesa (23rd), it is necessarily a risk. Is it a default choice because the other players are already all committed or is it a real choice and a bet assumed by our French? Maybe a bit of both.
