The Auvergne Rhone Alpes league can boast of having excellent players in its squad.

Proof of this is with the young generation which is arriving and which continues to progress.

Today it was the turn of the pair made up of Louise Bahurel (30) (member of the France Junior 2022 team) and Camille Martinet (33) to shine at Toulouse. More motivated than ever Louise and Camille saw themselves facing Aurélia Pucciarini (94) and Emilie Guez (106) from the PACA region at the start of the day. Without great difficulty the two young players won in two sets 6/1 – 6/1.

Later in the day Louise and Camille fell on the seeded 8 composed of Nadal (19) and Dardaine (17). Confident after their previous win, they showed solid play that earned them a ticket to the quarter-finals to be played on Saturday. Final score of their second meeting 6/4 – 6/1.

Thanks to this success Bahurel and Martinet will be able to compete against the best in France: the French Champion pair Collombon/Godallier!
