Cost of a plot of padel

Many of you ask us about the price of a plot of padel. If we have often approached this topic, we will try to be even more precise thanks to the help of our partners.

Un padel does not actually cost between 15000 € and 25 000 €. This is only the cost of a track of padel. This intrinsic cost to the land will change depending on the quality and the options chosen.

What is common to all the fields of padel, it is also :

earthworks
concrete sills
Led lighting or not
the porous or non-porous concrete support
Indoor or outdoor structure

Other parameters can also cause the final grade to swell. For example, French standards can be much more restrictive than Spanish standards.

Pay close attention to this last point! Some companies that are not necessarily French can come and seduce you with very attractive offers ... too attractive. This means that these companies may not actually adapt their prices according to the French market. There were also great disappointments for some customers.

In terms of price for a land, it takes more around € 50 HT than € 000 HT if you start from 25 and there is everything to do.

Franck, me parece bien que al ser francés, quieras que las empresas francesas sean las que construyan las pistas de pádel en Francia. Me parece a signo de proteccionismo trasnochado, dado que probablye the mayoría de los productos que consumes, tanto en Francia como en España, its origen chino. No se cuales son los estándares franceses para build una pista de pádel y en qué son más exigentes que los españoles, pero te say that llevo toda la vida jugando al pádel en España y conozco una gran cantidad de clubes en casi todas las regiones españolas y en ningún sitio, nunca jamás, he tenido ningún problema con las instalaciones donde he jugado. Nunca he visto breaks a crystal, nunca he tenido ningún problema con la jaula metálica de una pista de pádel, ni con la red…. nunca. Solamente el césped artificial que en algunos sitios estaba más gastado y necesitaba un cambio. Así que no sé que a qué estandares te refieres, porque no los concretas. A saludo y recuerda que los españoles no somos tus enemigos, somos socios y en esto del pádel con más razón aún.
