When we compare these four centers, we observe that each has its own particularity. We have the feeling that Padel Attitude centers on many events around the practice.

The Shaft is more in the originality and the comfort of the grounds through its different colors of grounds in particular for the badminton and its ground of padel with panoramic view (this means that each wall consists of a single pane, there are not several panes connected by metal links).

The WAM, meanwhile, has the particularity of having two semi-covered land, which is rare in the region. This center also plays on the “diversity of the offer” card, by offering squash, indoor football, bubble football. The interest of the center does not revolve around the padel.

Regarding Urban Soccer, his first activity was indoor football, the padel came second. They wanted to diversify their offer thanks to padel.

Thus we see that the place of padel has a totally different status in each of these centers. It is important to differentiate between centers that only offer padel and centers which have several activities. The fact, which seems to emerge through this Benchmark, is that the centers offering padel aim to diversify their offer. Indeed, of the last three centers mentioned above, the padel happened either at the same time as another activity or after.

However, diversifying the offer is not necessarily synonymous with success, other factors impact this success, and offering a 100% offer padel can also be a success factor, as long as certain levers are determined. Indeed, Padel Attitude has been able to offer services to customers that meet their expectations. This clientele will find a welcoming and warm clubhouse on site, an online reservation system, and many events throughout the year to entertain themselves. The quality of reception and framework is found in each of these four centers, which seems to be a key to success.
