After presenting his roadmap for 2024 to us during a exceptional webinar, the 23 last February, Doinsport continues to make a big splash in the world of club software. padel at the start of 2024.
As a reminder, Doinsport works on a daily basis with clubs padel the most renowned since 2018 (Big padel, Padel Horizon, Padel Sand, all in Padel, Grenoble Padel, South Padel, Mouratoglou Country Club, TC La Chataigneraie…). The company is based in Marseille and has in its ranks 20 people, including 10 IT developers to continually evolve the solution.
They propose a complete solution to optimize the management of a club:
- Management software (reservations, members, subscriptions, credits, reports).
- White label player application (reservations, search for partners).
- LNE standardized cash register.
- Access control and lighting for autonomous areas (Code, RFID, QR Code).
- Management of coaches, group lessons and academy.
A very dynamic first quarter
Doinsport has experienced very strong growth at the start of 2024. Indeed, its founder and Commercial Director Nicolas Cassignol testifies: "Since January 1st, we have signed more than 40 new clubs padel. We really feel the explosion of the market on a daily basis. More and more projects are being set up all over France and we are obviously delighted to see this."
Indeed, the padel is experiencing dazzling growth in France. According to several sources (Padelonomics, FFT), these are already 150 new fields to be built in 2024.
Among these new customers, we can cite for example the Padel Ground in Lescar, the Stadium in Caen, PadelMax in Saint-Lo, PadelCamp in Achères, Padel 95 in Pontoise, La Bulle Padel Club in Tours. It comes strengthen the already well-established presence of Doinsport in France as evidenced by the customer map below:
Emphasis on customer service
For a year, Doinsport has set up a support service three full-time people in order to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible to the various requests from clubs.
This change is greatly appreciated by customers, as evidenced by the CES (Customer Effort Score) study. The latter measures the ease with which customers were able to obtain a satisfactory response to their request after interacting with support.
Out of 100 customers having responded directly to this question since January 1, 2024, support obtained a score of 6,4/7.

I play in several clubs using this app (dept 06). I find the quality deplorable. I made several returns to the club where I took my license, who told me they had passed it on, but no progress..
Loss of data during a migration, missing notifications, cancellations poorly taken into account, basic functionalities missing. On the club side I wouldn't know how to say, but on the user side, the experience is very disappointing
