Listening and transparency

For more than 5 years, Doinsport has been working daily with the most renowned padel clubs (Big Padel, Padel horizon, Padel Arena, All in Padel, Grenoble Padel, South Padel, Mouratoglou Country Club, TC La Châtaigneraie…) and feeds on the feedback for improvement suggested to them, both by the managers and by their players, on the 300 applications in white label managed by Doinsport.

It is therefore with a view to listening that the new functionalities for the next 12 months have been built, in order to best meet the expectations of the padel community as a whole.

Then, it was important to the founders of Doinsport to reveal the course set for the coming year. Rémi Chevalier testifies: “Padel is developing at an incredible speed, and we now have customers all over France but also all over the world, in Africa, the Pacific, the Emirates and the Caribbean.

It is an incredible opportunity to collect feedback from all these clubs and active padel players in such different areas, and this is what allows us to develop the most relevant features for the padel of tomorrow. Finally, it seems very important to us to communicate to our customers and future customers where we are going, it is natural in a long-term relationship of trust”.

The detailed program

Here is a preview of the program for this not-to-be-missed event:

  • Introduction and background – 10 minutes
  • Overview of recent new features – 20 minutes
  • Presentation of the 2024 roadmap – 1H
  • Question / answers – 30 minutes

The duration will therefore be approximately 2 hours, the question/answer part can be extended if necessary.

We know that your lives as complex managers are very busy and that it is sometimes difficult to make yourself available. So, don't panic, the webinar will be recorded and all registrants will receive the replay after the session.
