Mind Padel : the beginning of the adventure

When the club opened, we had the chance to benefit from the work accomplished by the whole team of Padel Central to publicize the padel in the Lyon region, and therefore to have many players quickly. The enthusiasm, the state of mind, the friendliness of the padel were worn by these players who gave it away! ”

“The development of the club was progressive during the first year, with some key moments such as the first approved tournament, the setting up of numerous activities, the organization of open games by level and the arrival of the club teacher, François Authier, and therefore the establishment of group lessons. ”

“Offering friendly activities, tournaments, setting up something new is something essential for everyone, whatever their level, age and physical condition to find their way around. Plans for the future

Sébastien Cornet racket padel “We have several projects in the pipeline for Esprit Padel. The expansion is one of them, and we would like to complete it as soon as possible for all players, old and new! Indeed, very regularly, the fields are filled, and many players made me understand that some additional fields would be welcome! ”

“Unfortunately, the COVID epidemic and the lockdowns have slowed down the administrative aspects of this file, but it continues to move forward ... We are impatient, this extension will therefore be the opportunity to have two more covered courts in ideal conditions, 10m high, 2.5m of space on the side of the pitch to be able to go out and play it like Galan! ”

“We will take advantage of the extension to rearrange the outdoor terrace for more comfort in summer and winter, and add two pétanque grounds for conviviality!”

“The second ongoing project is the installation of a real restaurant within the club ! We have found our chef, we are in the process of defining our menu. The state of mind will be that of a brewery with organic / local products while being greedy. This innovation will be accompanied by a redevelopment of the club house to improve the reception of customers for the restaurant and players. We hope to be operational for the club's 3 years! ”
