Le FFT Padel Tour will pass through Lyon for this second stage of the first edition from May 10 to 12 in Esprit Padel. An exceptional event with all the best French players manu. It will certainly be the biggest tournament in the history of padel French.

Let's remember: To integrate this tournament, it is impossible for a pair exceeding 350 points to integrate it directly via the pools. The lucky ones will go through the waiting list, the others will have to wait until the next stage of the FFT Padel Tour.

Operating mode

Le FFT Padel Tour only offers P2000 categories for its events, the highest grade of tournaments in padel. The Lyon event will bring together 24 men's teams and 16 women's teams (final tables).

Beginning of the tournament with the group matches, Friday May 10 from 16 p.m. for the first rotation and 17 p.m. for the others.

The main draw for men and women begins Saturday morning at 9h.

Sunday will be dedicated to the semifinals and finals of the tournament (from 9h).

The best French pairs

We hope to see a lot of people for this exceptional event with the best French players on the program. Among the ladies, we will have the first French pair Jessica Ginier and Alix Collombon, a pair that is desired in France and who will be the big favorite of the event. We will also have a first association of Laura Clergue and Fiona Ligi. A pair that we can see going very far. And of course, we will have Léa Godallier and Mélissa Martin, victorious in 4PADEL from Valenciennes, a month ago. Will we have the right to a surprise among the ladies? On paper, the Collombon / Ginier pair seems unbeatable.

Among men, the competition is particularly tough. We find the winners of 4PADEL Valenciennes, Bastien Blanqué and Johan Bergeron. But also the finalists, Adrien Maigret and Benjamin Tison. All players from the padel ladies and gentlemen meet in this P2000. This is to say the enormous level that we will have during this weekend.

Le FFT Padel Tour, P2000s and a Masters

Le FFT Padel Tour aims to develop the padel in France. After Valenciennes and Lyon, this operation will be held in five other French cities (Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, Strasbourg, Paris and Marseille). The last stage in downtown Marseille will be the opportunity to bring together the 8 best male and female teams, in the form of a “Masters”.

Note that the stage in Paris, which was initially planned for mid-June, is postponed until September. The date and the place will be communicated to you soon.
