At the Logron Open, counting for the 2nd stage of the World Padel Tour, there is good and there is less good on the professional circuit of padel. If we unfortunately no longer have French in the tournament, it is the French and in particular the Godallier / Martin pair who won their first match on the circuit!

In men, it's over for Jérémy Scatena and Mark Bernils at WPT Logrono.

The last French of the tournament did not go far to reissue his performance of Marbella when he qualified for the previas.

A defeat in 3 sets after winning the 1er set 6 / 3. A 2nd set lost with the snatch 7 / 6 then a last set on the score of 6 / 2.

Despite the defeat, the collaboration between Jeremy Scatena and Mark Bernils is the great success of this start of the season on the French side.

On the women's side, Melissa Martin and Léa Godallier had a big first win and a superb 3 sets victory against ranked players. For their first tournament in Marbella, the French pair had cracked after the easy win of the 1er set. This time, the mind held firm and the French clung despite the loss of the 2nd set. Final score 6 / 1 6 / 7 6 / 2.

This first victory was important for our French who can now play more liberated on the WPT. 2nd turn of the previas tomorrow.

Recall that we have Laura Clergue and Alix collombon who will start a little later in the table.
