The Tricolores are there at the FIP Rise in Monaco which began today with qualifying and which will end next Tuesday at the Monte-Carlo club.
Guichard/Blanqué in good position
In the lower part of the table, Dylan Guichard and Bastien Blanqué inherited a good draw thanks to their status as seeded three. The residents of the Top 150 in the world will face a pair from the qualifiers for their entry into the running.
If they reach the semi-final, they could cross swords with two other Tricolores: Ludovic Cancel and Benjamin Grué. This pair will have a lot to do in their first match against the British Nikhil Mohindra and Samuel Jones, not to mention that they could challenge the tournament favorites in the quarter-final, Clément Geens and Marco Cassetta.
Franco-French clash in the first round
In the other part of the table, we find Jérôme Inzerillo and Manuel Vivès. The latter, seeded four, also have a good chance to play in this FIP Rise. However, they will have to get rid of two compatriots in the first round: Thomas Vanbauce and Maxime Joris.
All these teams still have at least one day of rest before hitting the track. In the meantime, we hope that the French present in the second qualifying round will be able to secure their ticket for the final draw tomorrow: Boronad/Fonteny, Courrin/Gerson and Tullou/Charreau.
