Le Fitpadel is the first concept of physical preparation dedicated to Padel in France created by Claire Discours-Codina. 

The first monitor training took placee  week-end of the 30 march, with a great success since trainees now offer sessions  Fitpadel in their respective clubs with very positive feedback.

Training remains an essential point for all those who want to teach the paddle and physically prepare the practitioners.

La next session of Monitor training Fitpadel® resumes again and proposes a new date le week, end of the 8 / 9 June, this time to  Padel  Wood Club  D'arcy.

Program: 

Indoors : 

• Video analysis, the different physical qualities required for the specificity of the Padelrole of physical preparation 
• Different audiences and training priorities according to the reality principle
• Warm-up, an optimization technique for an efficient start to the session 
• Posture and functional cladding 
• Improved speed and explosive force 
• Improved endurance power at  Padel 
• Development of coordination, speed of reaction, support and agility
• Improved force transmissions 
• Flexibility and recovery technique 

 

In the field : 

• Circuit training with functional material 
• Typical session and animation in "real training situation" by trainees.
