Continuing education - PROMOTING AND TEACHING PADEL

Training padel of the Val d'Oise departmental tennis committee will offer continuing education padel at Casa Padel from June 25 to 27 which will allow tennis players holding a BE to obtain a federal certificate concerning this training padel. Information and registration with Stéphane Der.

MAIN OBJECTIVE :

Supervise the activity padel and develop a project in the club

Program :

1. Supervise group and individual sessions

• Scenarios on the playing areas of the padel
• Co-construction of introductory-advanced training sessions
• Reference situations, contributions, patches

2. Present the project to its leaders:

• The big numbers of padel in France
• The costs of building a lot
• The business model of padel in a club

3. Present the competition and promote it
   • Present a local and regional competition program
   • Create communication tools

TRAINERS: Stéphane DER HAROUTIOUNIAN, Educational Consultant + Expert Trainers

PUBLIC: State Graduate Teachers

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS : 6 minimum - 20 maximum

PEDAGOGICAL METHODS:

• Situational scenarios
• Pedagogical methods adjusted according to the level of the participants and their rhythm of learning.
• Educational tools to assist and support participants in the implementation of learning outcomes on their workstation.
